Confirmation of registration and Receipt
Once your registration and payment is successfully completed, the confirmation and unique registration ID will be emailed to you. This ID will also be issued individually to the co-authors who completed the payment. If you need a receipt of your payment, you need to contact secretariat@docomomoconference2022.com to issue the receipt.

The personal information provided will not be used for any purpose other than the conference. We will not provide personal information without your consent. The manager of the acquired personal information will be assigned to the responsible manager, and we will take active measures to prevent loss or leakage.
Code of Conduct
The Organizer and Hosts of IDC2022 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the Virtval/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behavior. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid.
Important information for authors
In order to publish on the conference proceedings, all authors and co-authors must register and pay registration fee. Please be aware that the paper is once accepted, you are not allowed to change authors and co-authors. Please complete your registration and payment by this date. Registration and payment are required for co-authors and authors who wish to publish on the conference proceedings, but not to attend the conference in person. As an author, you have a reduced registration fee.
The final version of the full-paper submission deadline is 30 April 2022. Please refer to the Paper Guideline (https://docomomo2022.webs.upv.es//index.php/call-and-guidelines) and submit your paper by this date appropriately.
Requirement details such as the length of presentation or the format of file to be submitted will stay the same for online conference.
Payment in € without any charges to the beneficiary should be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners).

VAT (10%) is included in the registration fee.
consist of four papers, followed by 20-minute-discussion time. Each paper should be in English and take no more than 20 minutes to present. Conference papers will be published digitally in the conference proceedings.
Cancellation requests are accepted by 15 July 2022. Requests after this date will not be accepted and full price will be charged.
We accept all requests of cancelation with a full refund* when we receive such requests in writing via email to secretariat@docomomoconference2022.com.
Cancellation of authors: a joint statement with all members must be submitted by the author. If one of the co-authors wishes to remain as an author, a request in writing is required for consideration and approval.
Cancellation of co-authors: a joint statement with all members must be submitted by the author. For those co-authors who cancel the registration, his/her name will not be mentioned in the conference proceedings.
Regardless of the virtual or physical conference, the registration fee remains the same.
We will announce and issue “Online Attendance” tickets effective for all 4 days. For those who paid for 'Online attendance' ticket, there will be no books.
Frequently asked questions
What is the policy regarding refunds of the physical attendance fee for those who can’t attend virtually at that time?
Either you are an author, a co-author, or a general participant, either one of will apply and eligible for a refund if you request.
It is possible to send more than one abstract? If it is possible and more tha one abstract is accepted, which is the registration fee that should be paid?
It is possible to participate in the Conference as an author or co-author of more than one paper. If this is the case, only the registration fee as the author of one of the papers accepted should be paid.
